FOUNDATION SUBGRADE INSPECTION.
We provide Site Inspection Reports as part of foundation subgrade inspection. This helps us to determine if the site has been prepared and is in accordance with the approved geotechnical report.
GEOTECHNICAL REPORTS AND INVESTIGATION FOR HILLSIDE SITES.
We conduct a preliminary assessment of the site's stability and geohazards and shallow geotechnical testing to assess ground conditions. We then issue a preliminary report, including soil logs and a site plan.
SHALLOW SOIL INVESTIGATION AND REPORTS.
Shallow geotechnical testing is suitable for TC1 and TC2 areas only. We deliver a geotechnical report to assist with foundation design. Our reports are accurate easy to understand so that you as a builder architect or homeowner will have peace of mind.
